The integrative massage consists of a variety of techniques that aim to enhance the function of the body, bring awareness to the mind-body connection, help the body process difficult emotions, aid in the healing process and rehabilitation, and also promote relaxation.

In this type of session the choice of modalities utilized tailored according to the client's needs and how the body responds to them, being the techniques: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Esalem, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, and Cupping.

The Lomi Lomi massage contemplates the sacred Hawaiian healing arts. It is a beautiful and powerful form of touch, consisting in a full body massage performed with deep respect and spiritual connection with the receiver.

It is an intuitive massage paced with the unpredictably of the ocean waves, the receiver must surrender. This is how your mind embraces the unknown and provides the space for self-healing. It's a holistic massage that heals the body and the soul.

There’s no set format or sequence in Lomilomi; no two massages are the same, just as no two clients are the same. Although Lomi Lomi is conducted on the naked body, intimate parts are always covered and omitted. After the massage there is a time for integration and rest.

Chair massage is a great choice if you don't feel comfortable disrobing or if you would like to get a different introduction to massage. The areas of the body that are targeted are the neck, shoulders, and back. This type of massage is usually performed in a sitting position and is not intended to be a replacement for a traditional massage.
