Policies and Terms
➤ Cancellation Policy
Clients are available to cancel or reschedule appointments with prior notice* (i.e. by canceling through MassageBook, or by texting (407) 460-8082 or leaving a voicemail) AT LEAST 24 HOURS prior to your appointment. Same-day cancellations / Reschedules will imply on a $25 fee, as your deposit becomes non-refundable.
*Emailing or messaging through Square is NOT a valid method of cancellation, so please contact (407) 460-8082 by texting or calling. (Texting preferred)
➤ No-shows
Failure to show up without further communication qualifies as a no-show. In that case, a no-show fee of half of the price of your scheduled treatment will be charged in the credit card on file. Multiple no-shows will result on the client dismission.
➤ Late arrivals
Late arrivals may compromise the efficiency of your treatment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will have to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full session.
➤ Credit card on file
The booking is processed through the MassageBook platfotm. Services require a $25 deposit to book. This deposit is non-refundable in case you cancel your session without a 24 hour notice. The session can be prepaid partially or paid in-full during the booking process. In case of partial payments, the remaining balance will be collected after the session.
➤ Medical Wellness Policy
The client is responsible for providing a transparent and precise communication of their medical history and conditions in the best way of their knowledge and keep the massage therapist informed if anything changes on their status.
The client also understands that the massage therapist does not diagnose and treat illnesses, nor performs spinal manipulations or prescribe medications and treatments.
The client acknowledges that massage is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis and that a physician or other specific health care provider should be consulted for these services.
Massage therapy is clinically proven to benefit some skeleto-muscular / mental conditions however there are certain contraindications that can be checked here.
➤ No improper behavior
This bodywork is clinical and therefore inappropriate behavior will NOT be tolerated. Solicitations will result in immediate termination of your session and any future treatment. You will be charged the full amount of your session and dismissed as a client.
